When Strength Isn’t Enough

There will be days when you feel like the fight you’ve been handed is too much.

When the weight you’re carrying crushes more than your body — it squeezes your thoughts, your peace, your will to keep going.

And in those moments, the world might whisper:
"You’re not strong enough."

But listen — that whisper is wrong.

Not feeling strong doesn’t mean you’re weak.
It means you’re human.
It means you’re doing the best you can with what you have.
And sometimes… that’s exactly what strength looks like.

We romanticize resilience like it always comes with grit and fire, but the truth?
Sometimes resilience is quiet. Tired. Worn down. Hesitant. But it’s still moving forward.

Sometimes you're given battles that you aren’t yet strong enough to conquer head-on… and that’s the point.
Not to break you — but to build you differently.
To challenge your way of thinking.
To stretch your patience.
To refine your focus.
To make you pause and say:
"There has to be another way."

That pause? That moment of frustration? That deep sigh?
It doesn’t disqualify you.
It marks the beginning of growth.

You don’t have to be loud to be brave.
You don’t have to be fearless to keep walking.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step.

For me, when my strength runs out — I look to God.
Not for easy answers.
But for quiet reassurance that I’m not alone.
That there is a way through, even if I can’t see it yet.

Maybe for you, it’s something else.
A higher power.
A memory of someone who once believed in you.
A promise you made to yourself.
A vision of the future where the pain you’re in now becomes the foundation of your strength.

Whatever it is — don’t let go of it.
Lean on it.
Let it hold you when your muscles can’t.
Let it whisper truth when your mind fills with lies.

Today’s reminder:

You don’t always need more power.
Sometimes, you just need more patience, more faith, and a little time to adapt.

You are not broken.
You are not a failure.
You are becoming.

And in time — what feels impossible now will become part of your testimony later.

You’re still here.
You’re still trying.
And that… is more than enough for today.
