Stand Up Again

There are days when strength feels far away.
Days when your chest is heavy, your mind is loud, and your spirit feels like it’s running on fumes.
But here’s the truth you need to carry with you today:

You don’t have to feel strong to be strong.
You just have to refuse to stay down.

Every warrior, every leader, every person who ever rose out of the dirt did it the same way—
one shaky step at a time, long before they felt ready.

Today’s Fuel & Fire is about this:

Standing up again even when life keeps knocking you on your ass.

Not with perfection.
Not with certainty.
Not with everything figured out.
Just with the decision:
“I’m not done.”

Because sometimes that’s all it takes.

Every time you rise after a setback, you’re building something inside yourself that no one can take away.
Grit. Resolve. A spiritual scar tissue that becomes armor.
And if you look back on your hardest moments, you’ll notice something:

The pain didn’t break you.
It built parts of you you wouldn’t have discovered any other way.

So if today feels heavy…
if the world feels unfair…
if people have disappointed you, hurt you, misunderstood you…
breathe in, square your shoulders, and rise anyway.

Not to prove anything to anyone.
Not to pretend you’re okay.
But because your story is still moving forward, and you are still needed in it.

Stand up for the version of you who can’t see the finish line yet.
Stand up for the future you who will look back and say,
“Thank God I didn’t give up on this day.”

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re not forgotten.
You’re in the middle of the part of your story where strength is being forged.

Keep rising.
Keep fighting.
Keep stepping forward.

You are not done.
Not today.
Not ever.

🔥 Rise Relentless.
